Just wanted to thank you all for the hard work and effort! It was a really great event, well organized, even when the SSB computer crashed Larry was on it with the poster board. Looking forward to next year, maybe someplace like DC? Yeah that sounds good.

But thanks again for a great event!

Awesome time! Greatly ran!!! Nice job again!!!!!

Couple ideas I would like to offer for next time...

Although the one day start and finish was nice, there's not enough time to get to do other stuff, like meet everyone, play some games with others, have time to get something to eat, yadda yadda yadda. (if you guys would rather keep it like that, by all means do)

Don't have matches on non prize play without a locked conditions card. The "random tees" doesn't exactly fix the tees disparity problem. If someone sticks a difficult par 4 from the red tees, the opponent isn't penalized when he goes in the water because it drops you on the green for an easy birdie putt when normally the drop would be across the water and you're looking at a par.

I know you guys did that so everyone could play "for free" during the tourney which is fine. Just use locked conditions cards. (different ones are fine for matches, just not qualifiers, so you can have all the reps with a different card and this will not waste time).

yes thanks to all!! i had a great time, learned alot! i do agree with Dannyboy, there was barley enough time to breath. I have bruises on my feet from standing for 18hours straight. Not complaining by any means, just agreeing with the amount of time we didnt have. Another idea..i know CLG got great deals on rooms and what not but honestly, a Convention room at the Motel 6 and a $40 meal voucher would have suited me fine. Im broke just from eating at the Resort. But again, i had a blast. Wish i had more time to meet everyone face to face. 1.5 thumbs up CLG!

How about having the TOC in St Louis next year? Home of the Bowling Hall of fame? Thanks for a great tourney........I think everyone I chatted with thought the tourney was run well and we all had a good time.....However, I would like to see a 10 minute deadline for players to show up for their matches or it becomes a default and have a minimum of 8 Silver Strike machines for the tournament......

Thanks for the compliments and ideas, everyone! I will be sure to share them with the group.

Miller, my feet are blistered and swollen too. LOL Danny, I feel the same way. There was no down time, and I didn't get the chance to talk to everyone.

Kinz nice to finally meet you and everyone else. I agree, my wife says I play too much but at the T O C we didnt have time to do anything a small break would have been nice for us older people.
Having said that the time we were there was great and cant wait till next year.
Kim thanks again for everything

Agree with everyone else, very good job CL. Playing in the final match in purple at 4:30 AM EST was a bit much for me, would have preferred to come back in the morning. Also the no real break for food and such was a problem. Did anyone else have an issue with the $5 beers as well? I'm in Chicago now on the rest of my vacation and expect to pay $5 for a beer, but not at a group function like that with almost 100 players. I also thought the food was way overpriced...$15 for a burger and fries is somewhat ridiculous.

On a lighter note it was great to finally meet Kim and the operators from CL...you guys did a great job running the actual tourney! The players were awesome as well, it was really cool to meet all the guys I have talked to on the message boards for years. I will definitely be back next year!
