Wurgler - I think you have made your point. If you look back, you will see that good players won the top couple spots in Glory every month. August was no different. I don't think that was what CL had in mind when they ran their contests, and I'd bet that the structure will change in the future. But CL is awarding 24 more spots this month. Get one.

Hi all. That's ok. Everything happens for a reason and if he wanted it hat bad, not to worry about the opinions of others.... I now have proof that the love of money is......LOL

I try really hard to see things from you're perspective, but I still just don't get it. You've compared yourselves to special olympians and 8 year olds playing basketball. What the hell?. I still see this thing as a competition, Glory allows for non-Prize Play areas to compete. If you have the Prize Play option, and compete in Glory instead, than you're guilty of the same thing. Quit begging for a loser's prize and COMPETE.

On the other hand, if CL meant Glory for that kind of thing, then I do hope they can regulate it and you get your way. Otherwise you really just sound like sore losers.

Paul, if I remember correctly it does state that glory play is for those of us that are not good enough to compete in the prize play, so that we can practice to improve our skills. When you shot an average of 6-15 under like I do, it is useless to compete in the prize play and when I do it is only because I'm playing with a group that wants to compete in the prize play. See it takes me 2-3 games to equal the same amount of GTP that woodchuck earns. He swooped in and in just 2 short days was able to take 1st place. And that is only because when he averages 5k GTP a game and more it was a financial advantage for him to go after the glory play and not the prize play category. I am not upset by it at all. These are just the facts. You may interpret them anyway you wish.
